Strict Guest Count Policy
Our base package includes setup for 2 guests. Each additional guest is $25. This policy is strictly enforced. If more guests attend than the number booked and paid for, it will be considered a breach of contract. You will be required to pay for each additional guest.

For events booked as outdoor setups, weather conditions are an important factor and the safety of our clients, guests, staff, and equipment is our top priority. If there is a high likelihood of rain, strong winds, extreme heat, or any other unsafe conditions, Besties Picnic Creations & More reserves the right to reschedule the event.

Weather-related decisions will be made 24 hours prior to the scheduled event date, based on the most reliable forecast available.

In the event of inclement weather, the client will be offered the option to reschedule to a new available date within 30 days of the original event date.

• Deposits are non-refundable, but will be applied toward the rescheduled date.

• If the client chooses to cancel instead of rescheduling due to weather, the deposit will be forfeited.

• Once setup has begun, no refunds will be issued due to sudden or unexpected weather changes.

Includes 2 hour picnic- $50 for additional 30 minutes or $75 additional hour

(additional time needs to be paid with final payment.)

Deposit: 50 percent of Picnic Total is due on the day Picnic is Reserved in order to hold date and time. 

Remaining Money is due the Picnic Date by 8:00am in Order to set up a picnic.
